Cuong Quy Huynh is a former Presidential Management Fellow at NASA. Mr. Huynh is currently a policy analyst for NASA, and has analyzed over twenty-five Earth and space science programs totaling in excess of $213 million. Mr. Huynh graduated with a law degree from University of California, Hastings College of Law as a Thurgood Marshall Fellow. He also graduated with a master’s degree in public policy from The University of Chicago as a Woodrow Wilson Fellow. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology with honors from UCLA. Mr. Huynh is an Ambassador to the Heart of America Foundation, a non-profit organization that promotes literacy and education for low-income children in the United States. Additionally, Mr. Huynh was a Fellow with the U.S.-Spain Leaders Program in 2007.

Kathia Flemens is a Senior Research Associate at the National Clearinghouse for English Language Acquisition (NCELA) at the George Washington University. She joined NCELA in 2009 after completing her doctoral studies in Global Leadership in Education at Lynn University in South Florida where her dissertation topic focused on Motivation, Language-Learning Strategies, and Course Performance among English-Speaking College Students Learning a Romance Language. She holds a BA in Political Science and French from Rosemont College, and an MSEd from St. Joseph's University. Currently she is a co-founding member of the Enlightened Initiative, an initiative geared toward providing leadership training to the next generation of immigrant youths.

David Capo-Ramos is a postdoctoral research fellow at the Division of Cancer Epidemiology and Genetics (DCEG), at the National Cancer Institute (NCI), part of the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). He joined the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in 2009 after receiving his medical degree (MD) in 2007, completing an internship in general pediatrics in 2008 and a master in public health (MPH), with a concentration in epidemiology in 2009, from the University of Puerto Rico (UPR). During his period as a medical student, he was co-founder and president of a student and professional organization at the UPR Medical Sciences Campus, devoted to the advancement of academic community’s professionalism, ethical views, personal growth and leadership development.
